Please fix or pull this update!Worst security System that I have ever encountered. The idea is great but this company is the worst tech company and customer Service business I have ever dealt with. Yes the device looks good and yes the app seems like it would be exactly what you need but it is HORRIBLE. The app crashes repeatedly, and I have IPhone XS Max on Xfinity X1, It only records when there is a movement but it misses huge chunks of moment and sometimes detects motion and starts recording after the object is gone. On top of that if you want to have any feature Beth ; will do you any type of good you must have a ridiculously expensive membership And when you have the membership it still misses Huge chunks of movement. We got It to watch our dogs and one of them I have to go to the emergency vet and we went to check what happened and the whole morning was missing. What’s worse is that when we tried to contact support they couldn’t help us and told us to delete and re download. Finally I was able to get somebody on the line who has to Wait for 48 hours to see if he can get the footageback to me. Doesn’t work as a babysitter much less a security system. I will be looking for This service with a different company the canary Isnt even worth selling I’m going to just throw it away so nobody else has to go through this headache. 0 stars if I could.
